Nominee Agreement

By submitting a nomination for the UAE Wedding Awards (the “Awards”), the nominating business (“Nominee”) confirms that it has read, understood, and agrees to the following terms:

1. Public Display & Participation

1.1 The Nominee agrees that, if approved, its business name, logo, images, description, and category nomination may be publicly displayed on the Awards website and related platforms.

1.2 The Nominee acknowledges that:

  • Nomination does not guarantee finalist status or winning
  • Awards are determined solely by public voting


2. Use of Brand Assets & Marketing Rights

2.1 The Nominee grants the Awards organizers a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish submitted materials for:

  • Website display
  • Social media
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Event materials
  • Press and promotional content related to the Awards


2.2 This license remains valid before, during, and after the Awards ceremony.

2.3 The Nominee confirms that it owns or has legal rights to all submitted materials and that their use does not infringe third-party rights.

3. Accuracy & Representations

3.1 The Nominee confirms that all submitted information is:

  • Accurate
  • Truthful
  • Not misleading


3.2 Any false or exaggerated claims may result in:

  • Immediate disqualification
  • Removal from the website without notice


4. Voting & Results Acknowledgment

4.1 The Nominee acknowledges that:

  • Voting is entirely public
  • Results reflect public opinion only
  • No vote counts, rankings, or breakdowns will be disclosed


4.2 The Nominee agrees not to challenge, dispute, or legally contest:

  • Voting outcomes
  • Award results
  • Disqualification decisions


5. No Endorsement or Guarantees

5.1 Participation does not constitute:

  • Certification
  • Quality assurance
  • Professional endorsement


5.2 The Nominee may only reference the Award using official titles as announced.

6. Conduct & Fair Play

6.1 The Nominee agrees not to:

  • Manipulate voting
  • Use bots, fake emails, or incentivized voting
  • Engage in misleading campaigns


6.2 Any attempt to manipulate results may lead to:

  • Disqualification
  • Public removal from the Awards


7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Awards organizers are not liable for:

  • Business outcomes
  • Reputational impact
  • Technical disruptions
  • Voting behaviors beyond reasonable control


8. Organizer Discretion

8.1 The organizers reserve the right to:

  • Reject or remove nominations
  • Modify categories
  • Update timelines
  • Enforce these terms at their discretion


All decisions are final.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
